Jose "Joe" C. Ayuyu is the Founder and President of JCA Inc. (Saipan) and JCA Guam, LLC. (Guam). Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Joe spent many years working for the government and private sectors on his home island of Saipan. He is a former Director for the CNMI Department of Commerce, Manager for the Bank of Guam and General Manager for Hakubotan, a popular high-end retail company on Saipan in the 1980's.
In 1992, Joe was awarded the title as Franchisee for the first McDonald's restaurant on the island of Saipan. Subsequently, he formed "JCA Inc." prior to the restaurant's grand opening in March of 1993. In December 1998, he opened a second McDonald's restaurant in the tourist district of Garapan. Within the same year, he was awarded as the the Saipan Chamber of Commerce's "Businessperson of the Year".
Since then, Joe has dedicated his time to expanding his business ventures beyond Saipan. In May 2016, he fulfilled one of his long-term goals by expanding his business ventures into the Guam market with the acquisition of six McDonald's restaurants on Guam. Today, he dedicates his time to running a successful and efficient operation. In January 2017, Joe was named the 2016 "Executive of the Year" by Guam Business Magazine.
Since 1993, the JCA organization has been committed to "giving back to the community," partnering with numerous community and non-profit organizations on Guam and Saipan, namely sports programs geared towards encouraging an active lifestyle for young children and families.

He currently serves as Chairman for the Bank of Saipan and is a a former President for the Saipan Chamber of Commerce. In 1998, Joe was named "Businessperson of the Year" by the Saipan Chamber of Commerce. In January 2017, he was named "2016 Executive of the Year" by Guam Business Magazine.
Marcia Ayuyu is the wife of Joe Ayuyu and Vice-President, Owner/Operator of JCA Inc. dba McDonald's of Saipan. She has been with the company since the first McDonald's of Saipan restaurant opened in 1993. Since then, Marcia has served as General Manager for the McDonald's Middle Road Restaurant on Saipan, becoming a brand ambassador for the company. She is known for her numerous philanthropic efforts and extensive community involvement over the years. In 2014, she was awarded the title of "Owner/Operator" by the McDonald's Corporation. In the years following, she has been recognized for her outstanding work in the business community. In 2012, she was nominated for First Hawaiian Bank's "Businesswoman of the Year" Award on Guam. In 2014, the Saipan Chamber of Commerce awarded her the title of "Businessperson of the Year", an award received by only a handful of women leaders in the CNMI. She is a recipient of the "Rotarian of the Year" for her commitment to making a positive difference for the people and island of Saipan. To date, Marcia is an active member of the Rotary Club of Saipan and a member of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce.
Joe E. Ayuyu Jr. is the Operations Supervisor for the McDonald's restaurants of Saipan. Formerly, he held the position of General Manager for McDonald's Middle Road, Saipan since 2017. He is a 2013 graduate of Miami University of Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business (concentration in Economics). In 2014, Joe Jr. returned to his home island of Saipan and joined the company. He has since dedicated his time to learning and improving the restaurant operations. Aside from the business operations, Joe Jr. has followed in the footsteps of his parents, making time to give back to the community. He was the Chairman of the 2018 CNMI Liberation Day Committee, Guest Speaker for the 2017 CNMI Small Business Forum, Volunteer for the Salvation Army, Athlete for the CNMI National Va'a Canoe Team and more. He is a current Board Member for the Saipan Zoning Board and member of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the "2016 Class of the Pacific Century Fellows-Marianas Chapter Program" and recipient of the prestigious "Golden Hat Award" upon graduating from Hamburger University in Chicago, Illinois. In 2015 and 2016, Joe received an honorable mention in Guam Business Magazine's "40 Under 40" Issue, recognizing young professionals on the islands of Guam and Saipan.
Natalie Mable "May" Ayuyu is the Executive Assistant to the President for JCA Guam LLC. and JCA Inc., providing upper management level support and serving as liaison between the McDonald's Corporation and the JCA organization. She is involved in new program deployments and assists in special projects including restaurant remodeling. She has been with the company since 2012. During high school, she spent her summers working as a Crew Member for her family's McDonald's restaurants on Saipan. Mable is a member of the Independent Loan Review Committee for the CNMI Small Business Development Committee (a branch of the Commonwealth Development Authority). She has served on numerous Boards including the Saipan Chamber of Commerce, Karidat Social Services, the Northern Marianas College Foundation and her alma mater, Mount Carmel School. She is a former Chairwoman for the "Saipan Young Professionals" and 2015 Graduate of the Pacific Century Fellows-Marianas Chapter. Mable has been featured on Guam Business Magazine's Annual "40 Under 40" Issue, recognizing up-and-coming young professionals on the islands of Guam and Saipan. She is a graduate of Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii with a Bachelor Arts Degree in Business Administration.
Ashley Ayuyu is the Human Resources Director for McDonald's of Guam. She has been with the JCA organization since its acquisition of the Guam restaurants in May 2016. Ashley handles all resource and recruitment planning and serves as the first point of contact for all employee-related issues. She ensures the organization's compliance with current labor and Human Resource-related laws for the Guam operations. In 2017, Ashley was appointed to serve as a member of the "Guam Workforce Development Board". She is also a member of the Guam Society of Human Resources, representing the McDonald's Restaurants of Guam. She is a graduate of Mount Carmel School in Saipan and attended the University of Nevada in Reno. To date, Ashley is the youngest of the Ayuyu children to join in the family business.
Pacifico Martir Jr. is the QSC Director for the McDonald's Restaurants of Guam. He started his career in 1973 as a Crew Member. At just 16 years old, he took the opportunity to work in a restaurant environment that was fast-paced and that allowed him to meet new people. He soon found his passion in McDonald's. Throughout his 45 years with the company, he's held numerous positions including Crew, Crew Trainer, Red Hat, Swing Trainee, 1st Assistant Manager, General Manager and Area Supervisor. In May 2016, he was named "QSC Director", a role responsible for overseeing the top management team and operations of the six McDonald's restaurants on Guam. To date, Pacifico says the best part of working for McDonald's is the people. He enjoys working with and getting to know his customers and employees. He attributes much of his personal growth to McDonald's, where he's always learning something new.
Ana Olaes is the Human Resources and Marketing Manager for McDonald's of Saipan. Since 1997, Ana has played an instrumental role in the training, development and management of all McDonald's of Saipan employees. In addition to handling personnel-related issues, she assists in the development of marketing strategies to meet the company's annual goals and targets. Ana also serves as a liason between the organization and various community groups, providing opportunities for the JCA organization to give back to the community. Prior to joining the McDonald's of Saipan office, Ana served as Operations Supervisor for the Philippine Economic Zone Authority in Rosario, Cavite Philippines and Interim Branch Manager for Circle Freight International in the Philippines. Ana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Customs Administration from PMI College in the Philippines.
Divina Evaristo is the Purchasing Coordinator/Marketing Manager for McDonald's of Guam. She holds a dual role, coordinating all food and inventory purchases for the Guam operations as well as managing all in-store and community marketing/promotional events for the organization. She began her career as a Crew Member at a McDonald's Guam restaurant in 1976 and has been dedicated to McDonald's since, working during summer vacations until graduation. Divina has an extensive past work experience that stem from adminitrative/secretary work to holding managerial positions within the field of Marketing. She's held several key management positions including Store Activities Rep, Community Relations Rep and Marketing Consultant, to name a few. Divina is married to Michael and has 3 children (Stephen, Jessica and Larry) and 5 grandchildren (Sierra, Madi, Maraea, Evan and Ava) with whom she enjoys spending time with.
Marissa Obtinalla is the Accounting Manager for McDonald's Guam and Saipan, overseeing all areas relating to financial reporting for the Saipan and Guam operations. She also monitors all purchasing and inventory for levels for the restaurant operations. She has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining McDonald's of Saipan, Marissa worked as an accountant for private construction companies in Manila and was an Accountant for a local hotel on Saipan. Marissa has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Manila and received her CPA Board Certification in 1989.
Majellyn C. Calceta, the first to hold the title of Training Coordinator for JCA Inc. and JCA Guam LLC. She started at McDonald's Corporation at the age of 16 as a crew member. She became the Administrative Assistant in 2005 when the Guam Main Office selected her for the position. In 2008, Pacifico Martir, Area Supervisor for the Corporation then, appointed Calceta to become the Human Resources and Purchasing Consultant for the Guam Market. When JCA Guam LLC acquired McDonald's of Guam from the corporation in 2016, the Owner/Operator and President Joe Ayuyu envisioned his organization to have a Subject Matter Expert, Calceta's positive attributes didn't go unnoticed. Calceta attained various classes and training through McDonald's e-Learning virtual classes, called CAMPUS. Trainer Success, Physical Skills, and Image Training to name a few. In January 2017, Calceta led the very first empowered class called Leadership Transitions. She recently became a Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor, another first for the JCA Guam LLC organization.
Narme Mendoza is the IT Administrator for McDonald's of Guam and Saipan, providing information technology/technical support for the office and restaurant operations. She managers all technology-based equipment to ensure efficiency within the stores. Narme has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Systems Plus Computer College in Balibago, Angeles City, Philippines and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the Assumption in Pampanga, Philippines. Narme is an active volunteer for several community organizations and events including the Rotary Club of Saipan and the Dept. of Environmental Quality Island Wide Beach Clean-Ups. She is a former PTSA President for Green Meadow School and Vice President for the Computer Society in Angeles City, Philippines.
