Vice President & Owner

Marcia Ayuyu is the Vice President and Owner for McDonald’s of Saipan. She began her career with McDonald’s in 1993 when her husband, Jose Ayuyu, opened the island’s first McDonald’s Restaurant in Chalan Laulau. She joined the team as a restaurant manager, leading the day-to-day operations and ensuring gold standard execution. In 2014, she was granted the title of McDonald’s Owner/Operator.

Today, she and her husband own and operate 8 McDonald’s restaurants in Guam and Saipan. Throughout the years, Marcia become a prominent community leader and a brand ambassador. She is involved in several community organizations and volunteers her time to give back to the communities for 27+ years and counting. She has been awarded the Saipan Chamber of Commerce “Businessperson of the Year” award and the Rotary Club of Saipan’s “Rotarian of the Year” award.
