Director of Operations/QSC
Pacifico Martir Jr. is the Director of QSC (Quality, Service and Cleanliness)/Operations for McDonald's of Guam and Saipan. In his role, he oversees all operations and restaurants management and development for 8 McDonald’s restaurant locations. He is responsible for ensuring Gold Standard Execution while remaining “customer focused” to deliver the McDonald’s brand promise. Pacifico started his career with McDonald’s in 1973 as a Crew Member. At just 16 years old, he took the opportunity to work in a restaurant environment that was fast-paced and that allowed him to meet new people. Throughout his career, he’s held almost every role in the restaurant; from Crew Trainer to General Manager and Area Supervisor. For 49 years, Pacifico is proud to call McDonald’s his 2nd family. He says the best part of working is the people. He attributes much of his personal growth and success to McDonald’s. In 2022, Pacifico will be celebrating his 49th year with McDonald’s.
