Do I need to attend the December 1 Volunteer Briefing?
Yes! At this meeting, you'll hear from tournament organizers and learn more about your roles and responsibilities as a volunteer for the event day. We strongly recommend that all volunteers attend this important meeting to set us up for success on the tournament day!
Will Volunteer Shirts be provided to volunteers on the day of the tournament?
Yes! All volunteers will be receiving a Volunteer T-Shirt to allow us to easily identify all volunteers on the day of the tournament. T-Shirt sizes are limited and will be distributed on the day of the event.
Should I bring anything w/ me to the tournament day?
Yes! It's important to stay hydrated throughout the tournament. Please bring a refillable water bottle (preferably something that is insulated). Water will be provided to all volunteers
Who can I contact if I have additional questions?
We're here to help! Contact Jewel at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (670) 235-8761
I can't find the online volunteer sign-up form. Are you still accepting volunteers?
Unfortunately, no. As of 11/28/22, we have closed our volunteer sign-up form as we have reached the max # of volunteers for this event.
What are the benefits to volunteering for the McDonald's Golf Classic?
As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to meet new people, work as a team and do something productive while having fun (all for a great cause!)
You'll help us:
1) Create a fun atmosphere by working as greeters near parking lot entrances
2) Organize and execute player registration
3) Direct players to areas designated for food, contests, or golf carts to begin the event
